Fitness Training 2014

April Mears has joined the Mitchell Park Football Club for the 2014 season as the fitness trainer.
So far the guys have been participating in a training regime that April has introduced as part of the preseason program. The guys have improved their fitness greatly over just a few weeks. The next few weeks will include training to improve leg strength and agility that is required for the game. 

April is a certified master personal trainer / fitness coach. She specialises in fat loss, strength and hypertrophy and enjoys running sport specific sessions. Her personal sporting interests include, but not limited to, are netball, basketball, surfing, wake boarding and tennis. Her qualifications include completing the master trainer program at the Australian Institute of Fitness.
