Fitness Training Sessions

The meet the coaches sausage sizzle went well with a few new faces appearing and signing up. This is great to see with the new season coming soon. If you are thinking of joining the club come out and have a run to get a feel for the club atmosphere.

Kent Dredge has been running fitness training sessions at the Mitchell Park Football Club oval on Wednesday nights for several weeks now with many guys feeling the benefits. It will help us all build up that core fitness in preparation for our preseason training in the new year with new coach Wayne Wyld.

Kent's training sessions start at 6pm sharp and go for about an hour to an hour and a half. If you can't make it at that time still make the effort to come out and join in when you can get there. Feel free to wear your football boots as Kent sticks to training on the oval.

The dates for the next fitness training sessions are as follows:

24th November 2010 @ 6pm
1st December 2010 @ 6pm
8th December 2010 @ 6pm
15th December 2010 @ 6pm
Xmas Break

Training sessions will start up again early January with an additional weekly session with Wayne to concentrate on skills. Keep an eye on this website for updates as to when this will be happening.
