For the next three Sundays we be doing recovery training sessions at Wattle Reserve in Hove (Corner of Wattle Avenue and Esplanade, Hove)
Arrival time of 9:30am for a 9:45am start.
We will then spend 45mins - 1hr, recovering in the water, stretching, some easy recovery runs & some team building games. By meeting at the park, it gives us the flexibility to use the park if the tide is in. All players to bring their bathers, towels & running shoes… Sessions will be with Kent Dredge. |
